01 What's included in the box?

The lamp body, an attached inline-switch cord ready to plug into any standard local outlet — we ship the correct plug for your delivery location — and a warm LED bulb. Setup takes about a minute — no tools required.

02 What bulb does it use, and is it dimmable?

Standard Edison-screw fitting (E26 for most floor and table lamps, E14 for smaller desk lamps — see the product page for the exact base). Ships with a warm LED (≈2700–3000 K) and is dimmable when paired with a standard wall dimmer or a smart bulb.

03 How long is the cord, and where does the switch sit?

Approximately 6 ft / 1.8 m — long enough to reach a wall outlet from a sofa-side, nightstand, or desk position. The on/off switch sits inline on the cord, within easy reach.

04 How fast does it ship?

Dispatched within 2 days from the local warehouse closest to your delivery address, for faster arrival and no import surprises. Tracking is sent the day your order leaves us.

05 Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes — 30 days from delivery, full refund. Arrived damaged? Send a photo and we'll replace it.

06 What's the warranty?

2-year warranty against defects in materials, finish, and electrical components. Real-person support replies within one business day.
