We want you to love your Solmere piece. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:
Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Any item showing signs of installation, wear, or modification cannot be accepted.
Process

Contact our support team at returns@solmerehome.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and the return address.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for completion.
Costs

Return shipping costs are not covered by Solmere Home.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all return or replacement shipping expenses.
