At Solmere Home, we take great care to ensure your order is handled responsibly and delivered with attention to quality and detail. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Time

Standard Collection
All standard collection orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During rare high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Private Archive Collection
Private Archive pieces are limited, archive-release items that may require additional handling, quality checks, or batch dispatching.
Processing times for Private Archive orders may therefore be longer than standard items and can vary depending on demand and availability.
Estimated dispatch timelines for Private Archive orders are always communicated on the product page or during checkout.


Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Europe, United States, Asia & most countries: 7–14 business days

Canada & Australia: 10–16 business days

During rare high-demand periods, delivery may take longer.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local delivery circumstances.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

For Private Archive orders, tracking is issued once the item leaves our archive dispatch queue.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly displayed on the product or checkout page.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes or order modifications.

For Private Archive orders, changes may not be possible once the item enters the archive dispatch phase.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at
support@solmerehome.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our assessment and carrier confirmation.
